Hello — I’m Tom Loveland

I’ve spent more than 20 years in enterprise IT — the kind of large, demanding environments where systems can’t simply go down and data can’t simply leak. My career grew from technical support and training into deep, hands-on work across infrastructure, systems administration, cloud, and endpoint protection at the scale of some of the world’s largest organizations.

I’ve administered hundreds of thousands of endpoints and rolled out modern endpoint protection to tens of thousands of them. I’ve run Windows and Linux server estates, managed Active Directory, Exchange, and DNS, operated virtualization and storage platforms, automated builds with PowerShell, and worked across AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud. Just as importantly, I’ve done it inside environments governed by NIST, CIS, GDPR, and FedRAMP — so rigor and compliance aren’t extras in how I work, they’re the baseline.

I’m also a teacher at heart. I spent years as a technical trainer, and explaining complex technology in plain language — to engineers and executives alike — is still one of the things I do best. When I solve a problem for a client, I make sure their team understands it too.

Mongolia isn’t new to me — I have a long personal connection to the country, and I’m building Loveland Solutions here because the need is real and growing. Mongolian businesses face the same threats and the same rising regulatory expectations as enterprises anywhere, but world-class operational experience is hard to find locally. My goal is simple: bring genuine enterprise-grade IT practice to organizations in Mongolia, delivered directly and in your language.
